After delivering a lengthy sermon on behaviour to Kris Ajer, Kris Boyd has given a half-hearted prediction for tomorrow’s Glasgow derby.

The former Kilmarnock striker is rarely short of an opinion knocking Celtic with most of his column in The Sun explaining to Ajer that he needs to show less passion.

Dave Cormack of Aberdeen also gets some special advice on the use of social media before Boyd gets around to previewing tomorrow’s match which he will cover for Sky Sports.

During his record breaking first spell at Ibrox Boyd scored just one goal against Celtic with his focus tomorrow centred on Alfredo Morelos.

In The Sun the former Ibrox ace states:

My message to the Colombian would be, ‘Relax’. He can’t get bogged down by the fact he hasn’t scored against Celtic yet. You can understand why Morelos wants to be the hero but if Rangers win 1-0 and he doesn’t score, nobody will care.

I don’t see Steven Gerrard changing much from the Betfred Cup final and if his side take their chances this time around, Rangers are more than capable of winning.

Unfortunately for Boyd Celtic are likely to be much changed from the League Cup Final which they actually won by 1-0.

Odsonne Edouard is likely to start on Sunday, on the left-hand side Lennon is expected to have two fully fit players whereas at Hampden Jonny Hayes was patched up for the match with Moi Elyounoussi hooked at half-time after making no impact.
