Chris Jullien has acknowledged a ‘mini-me’ impersonation of his Superman goal celebration.

The Frenchman has scored three times since his summer transfer from Toulouse with two of them among the most celebrated goals of the season.

Number two was an 88th header to deliver a victory at home to Lazio while at Hampden on Sunday he clinched the first trophy of the season when he shot home from Ryan Christie’s free kick.

Both of those goals have been followed by a shirt-ripping celebration which seems to be catching on among younger fans.

There were no goals for Jullien to celebrate in Cluj last night but thankfully there was also no yellow card.

With two bookings already in the competition a further yellow card would have left the defender suspended for the first leg of the Round of 32 on February 20.

On Monday Celtic will find out who they will play in the next round with Neil Lennon’s squad in the seeded section which means that they will avoid Ajax, Inter Milan, Manchester United and Arsenal. Roma and Sporting Lisbon are probably the best known clubs in the unseeded section.
