It took Celtic’s social media team until late on Sunday to wish Brendan Rodgers a Happy Birthday. Or maybe someone or something prompted them.
The reaction to that tweet showed that for many supporters the anger of his decision 11 months ago is just as raw but at another level business is business and this week is about transfer business.
Filip Benkovic is out in the cold at Leicester with Rodgers and Neil Lennon both commenting on the defender over the last few days.

The Leicester boss expects to send the defender out on loan this week, his successor at Celtic admitted how well Benkovic had played while on loan at Celtic last season.
With Celtic down to two fit central defenders with first team experience at the weekend they were given a warning how thin things are at the back.
With Hatem Abd Elhamed and Nir Bitton both injured and Kris Ajer ill it was left to Chris Jullien and Jozo Simunovic to face Ross County as the last men standing.
