With much less than 140 characters Stephen McGowan has shot down speculation that Ismaila Soro is about to join Celtic.

In mid-afternoon yesterday a number of social media reports claimed that the Bnei Yehuda midfielder was in Dubai where Celtic are currently enjoying a winter break.
Little is known about Soro but the suggestion that the club was active in the transfer market quickly had fans searching You Tube and elsewhere for information on Soro.
Reports varied from following Celtic’s Instagram account, following Celtic fans back on social media and a picture of the 21-year-old with Israeli agent Dudu Dahan apparently in Dubai.
McGowan regularly has the inside track on Celtic transfer business and would have checked out with his sources whether the squad in Dubai was about to be added to.
Neil Lennon had hoped to have a player or two integrate into the squad in Dubai but that looks unlikely with the squad returning to Scotland over the weekend.
