Andrew Dallas will referee Sunday’s SPFL Premiership match between Aberdeen and Celtic at Pittodrie.

The Lanarkshire based official resigned from the elite FIFA list during the summer but continues to be selected for the most high profile domestic fixtures.

Dallas was in charge for Celtic’s 4-0 home win over Livingston in November and attracted a lot of criticism following Aberdeen’s 0-0 draw at Ibrox on February 1.

Tomorrow night Willie Collum will be in charge of the Celtic v Hearts match, in December he refereed the League Cup Final and Celtic’s 2-1 win away to St Mirren. Collum was also in charge of the SPFL match between the two clubs in August as well as the Scottish Cup Final last May.

Despite the controversies over penalties in recent matches Alan Muir will referee Sunday’s match between Kilmarnock and Hibs.

Next week in Denmark Celtic will experience VAR for the first time when they take on Copenhagen in the last 32 of the Europa League.
