Livingston’s match at Ibrox today has been called off due to a waterlogged pitch.
Despite the heavy investment in recent years it seems that Storm Dennis has got the better of the surface denying Steven Gerrard’s side the chance to cut down the gap at the top of the table to seven points. Now, a win for Celtic tomorrow at Aberdeen would stretch the gap at the top of the SPFL Premiership to 13 points.

It’s ten days since the home match against Hibs but the overnight rain has left the pitch unplayable.
The west of Scotland has been on the receiving end of torrential rain and high winds but with four towering stands the pitch at Ibrox is fairly well sheltered from the elements.
No rain is forecast for Aberdeen tomorrow but winds of 50 mph are expected in the area but.
Gerrard’s side have an outstanding home match against St Johnstone to be arranged with today’s decision adding to their backlog.
The weather around Glasgow isn’t expected to get much better over the next few days with Braga scheduled to play at Ibrox on Thursday.
The Motherwell v St Mirren match today has also been postponed.
