Simon Donnelly has passed on a video clip of fans at the win over Hearts to the McNamara family.
‘His name is McNamara’ was the chant as the hoops support got behind their former defender who was rushed to hospital in England at the weekend.
News on Tuesday and Wednesday about McNamara was encouraging but there has been no official comment from the hospital or his family on the 46-year-old.
This is class , respecting privacy of @Jackie_Mc4 and family, he’s fighting and knows what’s going on , good progress but I told his dad about this gesture tonight and it means the world to the family ? well done bhoys and ghirls ?????? https://t.co/sBgZ1VgIUJ

Social media has been swamped with Good Luck messages for Jackie and his family since word broke on Monday afternoon that he had been rushed to hospital.
Former team-mates have been at his bedside with the football community shocked that someone so young and in good health should be struck down.
Neil Lennon was among those taken aback by the news with the Celtic boss a team-mate for five years under Martin O’Neill.
After retiring from playing McNamara had spells in management at Partick Thistle, Dundee United and York City, in recent years he has been working as a Football Consultant with Greg Taylor and Callum McGregor among his clients.
