Sky Sports Scotland’s Twitter feed appears to be cutting down on coverage of Celtic.
Premier Sports and BBC Scotland have the live rights to Scottish Cup coverage but the major broadcaster of the Scottish game is still expected to provide extensive coverage from the competition.
On Saturday there was team news from both clubs as Steven Gerrard took his side to Hamilton but yesterday there was no word on anything from the Clyde v Celtic cup tie. If the 2006 result had been repeated surely the match would have been given blanket coverage.
HAMILTON:
Assistant manager Guillaume Beuzelin says Steven Davies, Andy Dales and Mickel Miller all picked up injuries in today’s cup clash with Rangers, although too early to say if they will miss Tuesday’s league game against Aberdeen.— Sky Sports Scotland (@ScotlandSky) February 8, 2020
RANGERS: Manager Steven Gerrard confirms Borna Bariši? picked up a hip-flexor issue in today’s Scottish Cup win over Hamilton. The defender is now a doubt for Wednesday night’s league game at Kilmarnock.

No news from Broadwood appeared on the twitter feed with just the Scottish Cup draw to keep their 144,000 Twitter followers upto date.
Similarly on the Sky Sports website, despite having access to full match coverage provided by PA there is no match report from the Clyde match, just the draw for the last eight of the Scottis Cup.
Celtic will host a media conference tomorrow to preview Wednesday’s match against Hearts but the big test in the relationship with the broadcaster comes on Sunday.
Sky have live coverage of the match which involves an exclusive interview with a player and pre-match access to Neil Lennon.
Celtic are unlikely to break that contract but after refusing to explain why they mis-translated an interview with Alfredo Morelos to brand Celtic fans as racist the pre-match coverage could be frosty.
