Chris Sutton watched Celtic win their seventh successive SPFL match from a distance and saw the hallmark of champions.
In a tough, testing confrontation touches of class from Odsonne Edouard and James Forrest made the difference between the two sides.
Big win for Celtic … Aberdeen the better team… Celtic guts it out…the touch from Edouard and the assist from Forrest top class??

Goals from Callum McGregor and Kris Ajer cancelled out an equaliser from Ash Taylor but the scoreline doesn’t tell the story of the 93 minutes.
There was no rainfall at Pittodrie but the wind from Storm Dennis made for very testing conditions with Aberdeen popping a succession of high balls into the centre of the Celtic defence.
Curtis Main threw his body at every ball but Ajer, Chris Jullien and Nir Bitton kept chances for the home side to a minimum.
With eight minutes left to play Ajer ran almost the length of the pitch to create space then finished like a striker after being picked out by James Forrest.
The result puts Celtic 13 points clear at the top of the SPFL Premiership table but Steven Gerrard’s side can trim that down to 10 by beating Livingston at Ibrox today.
