Neil Lennon makes one change to the Celtic side that beat Hamilton on Sunday with Jozo Simunovic replacing Stephen Welsh for the match at Motherwell.

Ryan Christie has to content himself with a place on the bench where he is joined by Boli Bolingoli and Moi Elyounoussi who is in a matchday squad for the first time in two months.

Sunday’s win at Hamilton sent Celtic seven points clear at the top of the SPFL Premiership with Lennon looking to build on that momentum.

With five wins and 15 goals since the winter break the hoops are in top form with Motherwell going into tonight’s match on the back of a 1-0 defeat at Livingston after seeing James Scott to Hull City the previous day for £1.5m.

Back in August Celtic won 5-2 at Fir Park after losing an early goal with a repeat of that outcome ensuring that the gap remains at at least seven points with Steven Gerrard’s side taking on Hibs at Ibrox.

CELTIC: Forster; Simunovic, Jullien, Ajer; Forrest, Brown, Ntcham, McGregor, Taylor; Edouard, Griffiths

SUBS: Bain, Rogic, Welsh, Bolingoli, Christie, Elyounoussi, Klimala
