Tom Rogic, Greg Taylor, Jozo Simunovic and Leigh Griffiths return to the Celtic side to face Kilmarnock today after missing the Europa League draw away to FC Copenhagen.

With Scott Brown out injured Neil Lennon has switched to a 3-5-2 formation which is likely to see Callum McGregor and Ryan Christie anchor the midfield allowing Rogic to push up in support of Griffiths and Odsonne Edouard.

The draw in Copenhagen on Thursday night ended Celtic’s 100% record in 2020 but the champions have started the new year with seven successive wins in the SPFL.

Last month Celtic won 3-1 away to Kilmarnock which set down a marker after the winter break with the hoops putting on a memorable display at Rugby Park after recent struggles at that venue.

Alex Dyer’s side are fighting for a place in the top six but last Sunday’s home defeat against Hibs was effectively a six-pointer followed by the agony of losing out to Aberdeen in the Scottish Cup replay after extra time.

After today’s match Lennon’s focus will return to Europe with Copenhagen to be faced on Thursday night.

CELTIC: Forster; Simunovic, Jullien, Ajer; Frimpong, Rogic, McGregor, Christie, Taylor; Edouard, Forrest

SUBS: Bain, Bitton, Bolingoli, Bayo, Bauer, Klimala, Elyounoussi
