Karamoko Dembele caught the eye with one goal and two assists as Celtic’s reserve side beat Aberdeen 4-0 on Tuesday.
The 16-year-old has made two brief appearances as a substitute for the first team this season and appears to be rapidly developing into a first team contender.
His lack of height has always been the big question but his stocky build ensures that he is ready for the physical treatment that comes his way.

Celtic overpowered the Dons from the early stages as they pushed forward down both flanks.
Ismaila Soro played for 45 minutes but appeared to have little to do as a holding midfielder with the Dons offering little as an attacking threat.
With Neil Lennon’s first team squad growing in depth and quality it will be difficult for anyone to force their way into the top team but below the surface there appears to be plenty of attacking options waiting for their chance to impress.
