English video blogger Thogden took one of his famous train trips to Glasgow yesterday- and captured all the gory of another disastrous night in the managerial career of Steven Gerrard.

Thogden and his dad have developed a great video style as they sample the pre-match build up among fans while his enthusiasm for the game and interaction with supporters during the game makes a refreshing change to traditional match coverage.

Pre-match among the fans optimism is sky high as they buy back into the Gerrard Revolution as if nothing had happened over the previous six weeks. Thogden Senior possibly jinxes the result by buying a pint of Guinness in the Loudon Tavern as the score predictions of the regulars is sought.

Reality soon takes over inside the stadium as Gerrard’s side fail miserably to put Hamilton away, last month they destroyed Brian Rice’s side 4-1 in the Scottish Cup on the plastic of New Douglas Park.

After Colin Moyo scores in the 56th minute the fury and anger of the home fans is evident as they turn on the Liverpool Legend in the home dug out.

Following the final whistle in the stadium with 80% clear blue seats fan reaction is limited, between now and Sunday’s match as Ross County there will be no hiding place for Gerrard as he takes the blame for another season of badly broken dreams.
