Ally McCoist was reminded of some painful home truths when he phoned in to join Alan Brazil’s Breakfast Show on TalkSPORT.
With the lack of live action to review and preview the radio show has turned to games and quizzes with their word association game proving popular.
Brazil is well versed on how to keep control with a cunning trap set for the Ibrox striking legend.

Since taking charge at Ibrox in May 2018 Gerrard hasn’t really got close to winning a trophy.
Last season Derek McInnes outsmarted the Liverpool legend in the League Cup and Scottish Cup, one at Hampden and the other at Ibrox.
This season Celtic beat Gerrard’s side in the final of the League Cup with bottom of the SPFL Hearts ending his interest in the Scottish Cup.
Trailing Celtic by 13 points in the SPFL it’s only a matter of time before a sixth trophy eludes Gerrard with only the date of Celtic’s 9-in-a-row party still to be determined.
