With no matches or tifo displays to plan for the Green Brigade have opted to spend their funds on real heroes- NHS staff.
Hampers have been made up for hospital staff across Scotland with delivery already taking place.
Over the years the Green Brigade have been involved in various fund-raising efforts at home and abroad. In these unprecedented times hampers consisting of items ranging from chocolate bars through to soap and toiletries have been delivered to nursing staff on the front line.
A couple of times a season collections are taken for Food Banks which sees areas of The Celtic Way turn into a sea of carrier bags filled with food stuffs to be distributed throughout Glasgow.
Since the suspension of football on March 13 priorities have shifted dramatically with the current pandemic effecting the life of everyone in the country ranging from Lock Down to those working in or with families in the NHS.
Last week Celtic donated £175,000 to various Glasgow charities working on the front line to help the vulnerable.
