BT Sport has put together an emotional three-and-a-half-minute video clip to commemorate the Lisbon Lions being voted Team of the Century.
In just over two years a club that was treading water in the Scottish League was transformed in European Champions, leaving a legacy that is still reflected in the game to the present date.
You maybe think that you’ve seen and heard everything related to the match but through Jim Craig, Bertie Auld and Archie MacPherson the enormity of the achievement is put in context.

Towards the end of the clip Auld gets emotional as he admits that he missed his friends with Billy McNeill and Stevie Chalmers passing away almost exactly a year ago.
On a slightly lighter note Craig reveals that the night after being Inter he met his wife to be, a mother of five and grand-mother of seven.
With old style cine film and newspaper clips mixed with some pictures from Estadio Nacional, Lisboa the video does justice to the Team of the Century, a group of men from around the Glasgow area who will be remembered and revered for as long as football is played in the city.
