Scott Brown brightened up the Lock Down with a video clip of a fitness exercise that seems a well-guarded secret.
No special equipment is required other than a T-shirt and a wall. By anchoring your feet on the wall, or door, the aim of the exercise is to slip a T-shirt over your head, then shoulders before tucking it in to your jeans.
As expected, the Celtic skipper completes the exercise in style showing that four weeks out of action haven’t had too much effect on his physique.
At this stage of the season Brown should be closing in on history- following Billy McNeill by captaining Celtic to another 9-in-a-row while also going for a record breaking fourth successive Scottish Cup win.
Today he found out that training won’t resume until June 10 with no date scheduled for a return to action as the country becomes used to living with a pandemic.
Next time he pulls on a Celtic shirt Brown will be 35 years of age but the signs are that he will still be leading from the front for even more honours.
