Celtic fans have been paid out by most leading bookmakers for winning the 2019/20 season with a wide range of odds on the hoops making it 10-in-a-row next season.
William Hill are in no doubt that it’ll be another Green and White title party next season with miserable odds of 1/4 while rival firm Betfair are providing a very attractive 8/13.
There had been speculation about how bookies would react to the season being called early but it would be a spectacular Own Goal for any firm not to have paid out on Celtic’s ninth successive title win.
This season the three domestic Scottish competitions have been sponsored by bookmakers with all three firms paying out on 9-in-a-row.

WILLIAM HILL – YES
A William Hill spokesman said: “Following the SPFL’s decision to conclude the season, we have paid out on Celtic as champions. It’s an unbelievable achievement by Celtic and they are now odds of 1/4 to make it 10-in-a row next season.”
BETFAIR – YES
Betfair Spokesperson, Sam Rosbottom, said: “Celtic fans will still be celebrating the news of their ninth consecutive title, as will all of our customers who placed a bet on Neil Lennon’s side to be crowned champions, as we have paid out all bets on them winning the league this season.
“Despite this campaign coming to an end, thoughts now turn to next season, where Celtic could make it a historic tenth title in a row. The Hoops are the favourites to do just that at 8/13, while Old Firm rivals, Rangers are 6/5 to win the 2020/21 Scottish Premiership.”
Skybet and McBookie have still to decide on paying out on the SPFL Premiership.
Yesterday the SPFL announced that the title would be settled on average points per game with Neil Lennon’s side managing an impressive 2.67 with 80 points from 30 matches.
