Tom English has warned Steven Gerrard that he will be under more pressure than any other manager in Europe next season.
After two seasons going all-in to stop Celtic the Liverpool legend is still waiting to win his first ever managerial trophy with Neil Lennon again dominating the Scottish game.
Gerrard brought in 11 new faces last summer with more than £10m committed on Ryan Kent and Filip Helander but once again his side trailed in behind the hoops.
For the second time Celtic have achieved nine consecutive title wins with the hoops strong favourites to make history by becoming the first Scottish side to win a 10th title.
It is a massive pressure for Gerrard to deal with as English, sporting a very unhipster goatee, told Irish podcast Off the Ball

If by Christmas they are not looking like stopping it I think that they could well part company because the thought of Celtic getting 10-in-a-row in the eyes of Rangers fans is a nightmarish scenario. Absolutely their worst nightmare.
The really interesting thing to take from this email, is the collaboration in fabricating a narrative to get a point across.

Since football was suspended Gerrard returned to his family home on Merseyside with no comment made since the SPFL announced that the 2019/20 season was over.
