When it comes to bad governance Stewart Robertson is something of an expert. Apparently delivered with a straight face on Super Scoreboard the Ibrox Managing Director accused the SPFL board of having the worst governance that he has ever known.

Robbo, a former Motherwell director, was brought in as MD at Ibrox in 2015 soon after Dave King took over, a man that knows a thing or two about court appearances. When Robertson was doing his due diligence before taking the job the words glib and liar may have surfaced.

In anticipation of King taking control the Ibrox club lost their NOMAD in February 2015, with the South African based businessman involved they were untouchable in the City of London.

Next up was an investigation from the Takeover Panel that ruled King as masterminding a concert party takeover. King was cold shoulder leading to his Ibrox exit.

Through the last seven years the Ibrox club has posted unaudited Interim Results for the half year to 31 December. Governance crusader Robbo has still to post the 2019 Interim results with the deadline passed for UEFA competition next season.

Robbo looks very much like the next fall guy at Ibrox, his pay off will need to be a good one because it could be some time before he returns to the sort of salary he is taking home from Ibrox.

Last April Scott Brown was charged by the SFA of not acting in the best interests of Scottish football.
