BT Sport has shared a video clip of Chris Sutton’s interview with Moussa Dembele that will be shown in tonight’s 9-in-a-row tribute programme.
The French kid signed just before his 20th birthday in the summer of 2016 but didn’t fall into the ‘project signing’ category as he stormed his way to the top of the scoring charts.

An injury to Leigh Griffiths in the run up to the opening derby match of the 2016/17 season caused some concern among Celtic fans but 90 minutes and three goals later a star emerged as the hoops ran out 5-1 winners.
That match started a love affair with the fixture for the striker as Celtic dominated the Scottish game like never before with Dembele pivotal in winning the Double Treble.
His move to Lyon in August 2018 cast a shadow over his name but subsequent events and his genuine affection through social media has cleared that matter up. At the end of last season Dembele returned to Celtic Park to enjoy the final match of the season as his old team-mates picked up the SPFL trophy.
