No sense of defeat! Jim White’s amazing Ibrox claim

Jim White has claimed that there is no sense of defeat inside Ibrox after their call for an independent investigation into the SPFL was emphatically rejected.

The veteran broadcaster is the face of Sky Sports News and also likes to call on his old Ibrox chums for his mid-morning show on TalkSPORT.

On April 11 Douglas Park called for the suspensions of Neil Doncaster and Rod McKenzie but despite a month of rallying from BBC Scotland and others only 13 clubs voted in favour.

Hearts and Stranraer seconded the motion, support was also gained from Aberdeen, Inverness Caley Thistle, Livingston, Partick Thistle and Stenhousemuir. No other club has declared their vote in favour.

White has always denied being an Ibrox fan but was pictured in Orange Order uniform with Mark Walters during his time with STV and has been Master of Ceremonies at various Ibrox related events.

Famously in 2012 he looked close to tears on Sky Sports News when it emerged that Rangers were being placed in administration.
