Turnstiles Bar on London Road is preparing for the return of Celtic supporters with the construction of a beer garden.

Sitting in the shadow of Celtic Park the bar is currently closed and missing out on the regular, fortnightly custom from an influx of thirsty Celtic fans.

The hospitality industry has had to make a number of changes in order to reopen with the beer garden of Turnstiles offering a unique view of Celtic Park.

March 7 was the last time that Celtic Park hosted a match with the businesses around the stadium missing out on the regular spike in business.

Social distancing is non-existent on match days. Under current legislation supporters will need to book a table for an hour in advance to enjoy their traditional pre-match drink.

Celtic are pushing the Scottish Government to host pilot matches but with home matches on August 2, 15 and 29 there has been no public encouragement for the return of fans to matches.
