Albian Ajeti is due to undergo a Celtic medical on Wednesday.
The claim was made by Anthony Joseph, following up on a report on Sunday that Celtic were involved in talks with West Ham to take the striker on a season long loan. Joseph is News Editor of Sky Sports News.

Celtic are set to sign Albian Ajeti on a season-long loan from West Ham, after the clubs agreed a deal today. @SkySportsNews understands the deal includes an option to buy, for a fee of around £5m.
Ajeti is due to have his medical at Celtic on Wednesday.

Ajeti was a regular scorer for Basel before moving to London last summer, with the Swiss side he was a team-mate of Moi Elyounoussi.
Under Manuel Pellegrini and Davie Moyes he was restricted to nine substitute appearances in the EPL which failed to yield a single goal.
