House of Fraser and Sports Direct have withdrawn the state-of-the-art Castore kit from pre-order with the Castore kids suddenly falling silent.

Tom and Phil Beahon were all over social media in the month leading up to the kit launch but other than one very defensive interview with 4 Lads they appear to have gone to ground.

After the big build up ad the hype of the launch of one blue shirt it is now impossible for Ibrox fans to pre order the shirt that James Tavernier will wear at Pittodrie in just over three weeks.

The Beahon boys are strong on innovation but withdrawing the ability to pre-order seems a highly unusual move following the world record sales last week.

A dampener was put on launch day when Sports Direct advertised their exclusive deal from August 1, that message was on Facebook but the company website has 41 Ibrox related items but no sign of the Castore kit.

On Saturday another Mike Ashley firm, House of Fraser announced pre-orders, again that option has now been withdrawn from their website.

It has been reported that the Castore deal is worth £25m to the club, Marketing Supremo James Bisgrove seems to be working on other dynamic and innovative projects after overseeing the Castore deal.
