Vasilas Barkas is ready to make his Celtic debut on Sunday.
The goalkeeper completed his £4.5m to Scotland at lunchtime and will train with his new team-mate’s tomorrow morning.
Goalkeeping coach Stevie Woods and Neil Lennon will assess the new bhoy with the former AEK Athens keeper in no doubt about his readiness.
Vasilis Barkas unveilied at Lennoxtown after signing for Celtic
“If the coach wants me to I’m ready to play
When I found out Celtic were interested I didn’t have to think about it
I want to win 10 in-a-row, I want to help us get into the Champions League”

Barkas played for AEK against Olympiakos on July 19 which means that he is ahead of his team-mates in terms of match fitness.
The loss of Fraser Forster leaves a big gap to fill but the Dutch born keeper appears to have all the credentials to take on the task of replacing the former England keeper.
Scott Bain has been Lennon’s first choice during pre-season matches but now finds himself in a similar position to last season when he returned from injury to find a high profile competitor.
