One very shaved head stood out as Celtic released a video clip of the players in full training today.
The weather was familiar, the training kit was new with a few of the players clearly in need of a trip to the barbers.
Among the action one shaven head stood out with most fans thinking that it belonged to Andrew Gutman. The American was over for pre-season training last summer and featured in the matches in Austria and Switzerland.
Gutman is still in the USA with the close cut belonging to Kerr McInroy. The midfielder missed most of last season through injury but returned in the final few reserve matches before shutdown.
That was clearly enough to impress Neil Lennon who included the Fifer in the 30 strong squad that returned to Lennoxtown for pre-season training.
This week the squad has been able to take part in contact training with a full-scale match planned tomorrow between the squad before trips to England and France.
