Patryk Klimala has revealed that some bruising training ground encounters with Chris Jullien convinced him that he had to bulk up.
Celtic signed the striker in January from Jagiellonia of Poland but with Leigh Griffiths back in form the new bhoy had to look on from the sidelines.
Klimala has returned from Lockdown looking transformed. A shave head has been accompanied by some serious work with weights that have added over three kilos to his ‘fighting weight’.

When I fight on the pitch with Chris Jullien it was really hard. I didn’t have a chance, that’s why I did it (gym work) and now I feel really better and hopefully the guys see the same in me.
During Lockdown Jullien shared images from his home gym as he kept himself as close to full fitness as possible.
After a month of pre-season training Neil Lennon will get to assess his players properly in tomorrow’s friendly against Nice.
With just over two weeks to go until the opening SPFL Premiership fixture against Hamilton Accies the serious stuff is getting underway with Lennon hoping that his Polish striker has benefitted from the example of Jullien.
