Celtic have arrived at Loughborough University to step up their preparations for the new season.
After four weeks at Lennoxtown, starting with solo sessions before contact was allowed last week, Neil Lennon’s squad are making use of the elite facilities that have been used by generations of athletes at the Leicestershire venue.
Until the construction of the nearby St George’s Park, Loughborough was the leading sports facility in England with the Celtic squad getting a solid week of work in before heading to France.

Next Thursday Celtic play their first pre-season match, away to Lyon, quickly followed by matches against Nice and Paris Saint Germain.
No new signings have been added to the title squad but wit Fraser Forster back at Southampton goalkeeping is the priority with Craig Gordon also leaving in the summer.
Lennon is still hoping to get Forster back for the new season, Celtic’s relationship with Southampton has allowed Moi Elyounoussi to return for another season long loan.
