Unique Angle is back- and perfectly placed for Patryk Klimala goal

|

Patryk Klimala’s first ever goal for Celtic was captured in all it’s glory thanks to the Unique Angle of Celtic TV.

Despite a break of 131 days the camera was perfectly placed behind the Nice goal as the hoops started their three match trip to France.

There seemed little danger to goalkeeper Teddy Boulhendi when he collected a back pass wide of his goal but as Klimala closed in the keeper hestitated alowing the striker to steal possession.

There was no sign of panic from the young Pole as he touched the ball goalwards from a tight angle then rolled it into the net to put Celtic on level terms.

Klimala replaced Odsonne Edouard on the hour mark with additional emphasis on his performance due to the absence of Leigh Griffiths.

Neil Lennon was highly critical of the Scotland striker in his post match comments. After being on the sidelines agter signing in January for £3.5m Klimala has the ideal opportunity to force his way into the Celtic side with switching to a 3-5-2 formation a major factor in clinching last season’s SPFL title.
