The cast list for ‘Rangers TV’ has been announced with a reunion for many of the faces that helped push the old club into liquidation.
Walter Smith and Graeme Souness will make special guest appearances with the EBT double act of Neil McCann and Alex Rae formalising their cheerleading duties.
Joining them will be Shelley Kerr, coach of the Scotland woman’s team. At last summer’s World Cup Finals in France requiring a win to progress to the knock out phase Scotland were leading Argentina 3-0 with 20 minutes left to play.
Kerr pulled off a tactical masterstroke as she threw away that lead with Argentina, who had nothing to play for coming back to earn a draw. On Saturday Kerr joined the BBC Scotland Sportscene team to provide expert analysis.

We are excited to welcome these club legends on RangersTV, with further insight coming from regular TV pundits and former Gers, Neil McCann & Alex Rae. Scotland Women’s National team coach, Shelley Kerr will complete the high calibre pundit team line-up.
Furthermore, we are very pleased to announce Clive Tyldesley and Tom Miller will share commentary duties on our home games.
A blend of first-team players will provide punditry and unique insight into the first team set up, with Nikola Katic set to join the team as he returns from injury. Emma Dodds will present our show having built a strong reputation for professionalism and knowledge of Scottish football.
Derek Johnstone has surprisingly been left out of the cast, Kerr and McCann will continue to pick up paydays from the state broadcaster.
