Scott Brown is in the dark about team-mates looking to move elsewhere.

After losing to Ferencvaros last night Neil Lennon revealed that players looking elsewhere had been bugging him for some time.

It was quite a revelation from the Celtic boss that caused as much discussion among fans as the Champions League exit to the Hungarian side.

Brown is by some distance the longest serving player at the club, fulfilling the captain’s role in full, way before wearing the armband and tossing the coin before kick-off.

After an adverse result the captain is put up for the media with Brown in the dark about unrest as he told The Sun:

For me the lads want to be here. I don’t know what people have said to him individually to be perfectly honest. At the end of the day, it doesn’t matter if they want to be here or not, once they go on that park everyone gives 100 per cent and that’s what the gaffer demands.

Today it wasn’t the best performance. We’ve dominated the ball but we’ve not been clinical enough in front of goal and we were a little bit sloppy with the two goals.

The Celtic dressing room promises to be an interesting place in the build up to Sunday’s match against Motherwell.

Neil Lennon is scheduled to meet the media tomorrow with the team-lines for Sunday’s match eagerly awaited.
