Odsonne Edouard will lead the line for Celtic against Riga tomorrow in the third qualifying round of the Europa League.

The striker was badly injured against Dundee United last month, forcing him to sit out the Champions League qualifier against Ferencvaros and the 3-0 defeat of Motherwell.

After playing twice for the French u-21 side Edouard was in the starting Celtic XI that beat Ross County and St Mirren.

When he missed Saturday’s win over Livingston a whispering campaign questioned his willingness to play for Celtic but the young striker is in Riga and ready for tomorrow’s Europa League action.

The question was asked by Gabriel Antonazzi, part of the PLZ Soccer team.

Chris Jullien was left out of the squad that travelled to Latvia but with Shane Duffy at the club Lennon has various options at the back.

Nir Bitton or Hatem Abd Elhamed can join Duffy and Kris Ajer or the hoops can switch to a back four.
