Alfredo Morelos is apparently looking more like his usual self. That will be the torn faced scowl as he niggles away at opponents and squeals at referees over perceived fouls.
The Colombian is a major problem for Steven Gerrard. With Kemar Roofe back in the Treatment Room and Cedric Itten looking like the Swiss Filip Sebo the Ibrox boss has had to restore Morelos to his team with no club interested in putting in a transfer bid.
Today he was upto his usual tricks with one first half incident against Hibs catching him in all his glory.

Porteous and Morelos know what is going on, with the ball elsewhere they know what they are doing when they collide. The Hibs defender jabs out an elbow, the £40m rated Colombian ace tries to hit his opponents with a kick, falls to the ground then rolls over three times with no obvious injury.
If he had been elbowed he wouldn’t have reacted by rolling over.
Porteous was booked for that incident, Morelos was cautioned for dissent later in the match with the Hibs defender highlighted after the match for his unsporting role in the game.
With two weeks left of the transfer window it is looking like another Scottish winter for Morelos although the usual Porto, Lille, Fiorentina stories are certain to surface. Business as usual.
