Forgotten Celtic prospect in mystic message

Armstrong Oko Flex has told his Instagram followers that ‘good things come to those that wait’.

The young winger left Arsenal for Celtic in 2018 but has only made the substitute bench twice without making his top team debut. Last season his progress stalled with no top team involvement before the season was ended in March.

Oko Flex is under contract until 2021 with a variety of options open to him before the transfer window closes on Monday night.

With no sign of any Reserve League and the Challenge Cup under threat it looks like Celtic will be aiming to get their young players out on loan to get them some level of regular action.

Jonathan Afolabi joined Dundee earlier in the week with a full time Championship club the most likely option for players in the same situation as Oko Flex.
