Celtic’s Twitter account shared Neil Lennon’s post match comments from the Ross County defeat like any other match while hundreds of fans gathered outside the ground to protest.
The FIFTH home defeat before the end of November was brushed aside as the comments of a manager giving no thoughts to his own position were relayed to 700,000 fans on Twitter.
Today’s 2-0 defeat from Ross County proved to be one too many for fans who shelled out for virtual Season Tickets only to watch from home as a historic term hangs by a thread.
Celtic are out of three competitions before the end of November while sitting 11 points behind in the SPFL title race.
? Neil Lennon: “They’re devastated in there. It’s a long run that’s come to an end under my watch so I’m as devastated as them.”
More from the manager soon.

? Neil Lennon: “The game is a microcosm of the run we are on – a penalty and a set play. We dominated the game but lacked a bit of quality at times.” pic.twitter.com/EtG5LOkcL5

Speaking to Premier Sports after the match resignation wasn’t something that had crossed Neil Lennon’s mind.
The manager half joked about washing his face in the morning and going at it again but with two wins in 10 matches and losing two goals per game in domestic clashes the overwhelming majority of Celtic fans are demanding change across the club with Lennon being the first casualty.
