Brian Wilson has challenged Nicola Sturgeon over problems with Testing issues on the Pandemic.

Wilson was a Labour MP from 1987 until 2005, after standing down he became a Director of Celtic where he has barely raised a single issue from the heart of the club.

While shareholders questioned and took the SFA to task over the UEFA licences of 2011 that denied Celtic an opportunity of playing in Champions League qualifiers Wilson and his fellow directors at best showed lukewarm interest in the issue.

Retaining the Act of Union seems to be something close to his heart with repeated criticisms and attacks on the Scottish Government a regular feature of his column in The Scotsman. As a former Westminster MP he shows little appetite for challenging the horrendous death toll and economic carnage caused by Boris Johnston and the Conservative Government.

Wilson is described on the Celtic website as:

a non-executive Director in June 2005.  Formerly a Member of Parliament, Mr Wilson also held several ministerial posts during his political career.  He is an experienced journalist and writer and a director of several private companies including Harris Tweed Hebrides Limited and Havana Energy Limited.  In 2011, he was named UK Global Director of the Year by the Institute of Directors and is a Trade Ambassador for the UK Government.
