With time passing slowly through the International break some Celtic fans looked at the ‘leftover’ players as they tried to predict the likely line up to face Hibs on Saturday.
One name cropping up in various teams was Ismaila Soro to provide fresh legs and grit/dig in midfield for a fixture that is never straightforward.
The January signing had to wait until Ross County in September for his Celtic debut with further brief appearances at home to Hibs and away to Lille.
Ross County in the Betfred Cup next Sunday might be an opportunity to give the midfielder some game time but after getting married it is unlikely that he will be in a position to force his way into Neil Lennon’s midfield.

It is unlikely that the wedding took place in Scotland, if he was outside the country he may have to spend 14 days in Quarantine coming back into the country.
