Neil Lennon will be in the unusual position of having three in-form strikers returning to Lennoxtown tomorrow.

All season long the Celtic boss has been struggling to get things right in attack with issues surrounding all four of his strikers as he looks for the most effective formation.

In recent weeks Moi Elyounoussi has been the main source of goals but last night against Latvia Patryk Klimala showed a keen eye for goal when he popped in Poland’s third in the 3-1 win over Latvia.

Klimala has found match time limited in recent weeks after a disappointing performance in the Glasgow derby but could be a very useful option in the months ahead which involved constant midweek matches.

The night before Klimala struck Odsonne Edouard scored twice for the French u-21 side in their 3-1 win over Switzerland. Despite missing two matches in the group after a positive test Edouard managed to score 11 goals in eight matches to become the leading scorer in the history of the French u-21 side.

Leigh Griffiths will be hoping for some time on the pitch tonight against Israel, picking up on his penalty scoring cameo against Serbia when he scored from the spot after replacing Stephen O’Donnell in the 115th minute.
