Nothing has changed- Watch Neil Lennon’s BT Sport post-match interview

Neil Lennon feels that there has been no change in his own situation following Celtic’s 4-1 defeat to Sparta Prague in the Europa League.

It was Deja-Vu for the watching Celtic support as their defensive was opened up time and time again in the Czech capital to send the hoops crashing out of Europe with two matches left to play.

On Wednesday Lennon had told a media conference that Peter Lawwell had been ‘very, very supportive’. Last night when he was pressed on his own position Lennon said that nothing had changed after one day, one game.

I don’t know why you’re asking me that when we only touched on it yesterday. I don’t see any reason why one game and one day would change that.

Rory Hamilton was asking the questions for BT Sport and is also part of the production team that are streaming Celtic’s home matches on the virtual Season Ticket.

The questioning was fairly mild, giving Lennon the chance to state his case without pushing some of the more forceful questions being asked by Celtic fans on Social Media.
