Ryan Christie will start his third international match in seven days when Scotland face Israel tonight looking to top their Nations League Group.

After losing 1-0 away to Slovakia on Sunday Steve Clarke’s side need to match the result of the Czech Republic tonight when they host Slovakia.

Christie, Kieran Tierney and John McGinn are all included for the third time in a week knowing that a win will raise Scotland into the top tier alongside nations like Belgium, Italy, France and Spain.

Neil Lennon will watch the game closely hoping that his Scotland duo and Nir Bitton come through without injury for Saturday’s trip to face Hibs at Easter Road.

The Celtic boss will only have Friday to get his squad together for a vital league match but he will get Odsonne Edouard and Patryk Klimala in good spirits after they scored on u-21 duty earlier in the week.

SCOTLAND: Marshall: McTominey, Gallagher, Tierney; O’Donnell, Jack, McGregor, Robertson; Christie, Dykes, McGinn

SUBS: Gordon, McLaughlin, Palmer, McKenna,  Taylor, Griffiths, McBurnie, Paterson, McLean, Cooper, Shankland, Burke, Considine
