Anthony Joseph has tweeted that there will be talks between Neil Lennon and the Celtic hierarchy today.
The Sky Sports News reporter has provided an accurate reading of Celtic events this season with the tide turning against Lennon on the back of the 2-0 Betfred Cup defeat from Ross County.
Last week Lennon spoke of Peter Lawwell being ‘very, very supportive’ but with the focus of supporter anger turning towards the boardroom and CEO that support looks to be in danger if not broken.

Lawwell appointed Lennon as Caretake Manager in February 2019 following the departure of Brendan Rodgers to take over at Leicester City.
That decision was well received by the Celtic support but there was a very vocal negative reaction to the decision to make the appointment permanent after Celtic beat Hearts to win the Scottish Cup three months later.
Now after losing out in the Betfred Cup it looks unlikely that Lennon will be leading Celtic out against Hearts in the 2020 Scottish Cup Final in three weeks time.
