Celtic’s Twitter account was under siege as they declared Full Time on the 1-1 draw at home to St Johnstone.
For many fans it was also Full Time on Neil Lennon’s second tenure as manager with supporters demanding action from the boardroom on a season that is stuttering to a halt at the start of December.
Moi Elyounoussi took only four minutes to cancel out Chris Kane’s opener but the game ended level to take the depressing run of results to just two wins in 11 matches.
After losing 4-2 away to AC Milan in midweek Lennon tried to talk up the performance of his side but with just one change to the starting XI today the performance was stale, flat and predictable.
Before the end of November Celtic have been knocked out of three competitions and are now trailing by 13 points in the SPFL with an ominous trip to Ibrox looming on December 2.
Lennon signed a 12 month rolling contract after the 2019 Scottish Cup Final triumph, tonight there is no certainty that he will be in charge to face Hearts in the same competition in two weeks time.

You have taken 1800 quid from this family and the only thing youve done efficiently this season is process direct debits The club is a shambles top to bottom

All we want for Christmas is the management team sacked, not your stupid jumpers. Too much to ask?

There are too many individuals putting themselves and their own self interest before the club. We know who they are and we want them to either step down or be relieved of their duties.

He needed to go weeks ago.The board are to blame for this shambles. If Neil was such a big Celtic man he would resign and put the well-being of Celtic first. He is a paid employee doing a very poor job?

Please don’t tell us about brave fightback. Embarrassing to have been in that position.
Time was up a month ago. This can’t continue without a change.
