Odsonne Edouard has made a declaration of intent by following in the footsteps of Kieran Tierney by signing up for the Stellar Group.
Headed by Johnathan Barnett– who has masterminded Gareth Bales’s career moves to Real Madrid- the Stellar Group are regarded as the biggest players in football with a network of agents across Europe with Allan Preston their man in Scotland.
Edouard is under contract until June 2022 but it now seems inevitable that he will leave Celtic this summer with Stellar putting out the feelers to alert clubs to his availability and the terms likely to be involved.

Celtic chiefs have struggled for months to persuade him to agree an extended contract. Edouard has moved into the final 18-months of a four-year deal he signed in 2018 after joining permanently from PSG in a record transfer.
The 22-year-old had previously been represented by several relatively unknown agents. But now Edouard’s switch to Stellar – who boast the likes of Gareth Bale, Jack Grealish and Atletico Madrid star Saul Niguez on their books – is a clear message of intent.
Stellar took over the affairs of Kieran Tierney just months before his stunning £25 million move to Arsenal in 2019, a Scottish record transfer fee.
For most of the first half of this season Edouard – 74 goals from 151 appearances – has looked a pale shadow of the player he was in his opening Parkhead years, including his initial 2017-18 campaign on loan.
Edouard signed on a season long loan in August 2017 as third choice striker but a year later following the transfer of Moussa Dembele to Lyon he found himself as first choice.
With Leigh Griffiths unavailable for various reasons over the last two years Edouard has often been the only striking option available to Brendan Rodgers then Neil Lennon.
