At Tuesday’s media conference with the First Minister most of the questions were about the new variant, a second Lockdown and the vaccine programme.
During the hour long session Nicola Sturgeon also revealed that she had viewed pictures from Dubai involving Celtic players that raised some concerns.
The First Minister isn’t known as a football fan even though her Glasgow Southside constituency covers Ibrox Stadium and the surrounding areas.
On the doorstep of the First Minister on Saturday a group of men were verbally abused going about their job in broad daylight.

After Celtic raised their concerns Police Scotland are now investigating the scenes, with a number of officers, club stewards and probably CCTV supplied by the home club there should be plenty of evidence of those involved even though they are likely to have worn masks.
Sturgeon has played a populist card by highlighting concerns about well paid young men in Dubai, perhaps she might want to ask some difficult questions about actions much closer to home.
