BBC Scotland tried their best to cover up the horrendous attack carried out by Kemar Roofe on Murray Davidson after 20 minutes of last night’s match at Ibrox.
On line viewers witnessed the incident just as closely as referee David Munro. While the ref reached for a yellow card fans online were horrified by the challenge but not surprised as Munro joined Steven McLean, Bobby Madden and Kevin Clancy in refusing to send off Ibrox players for obvious red card offences.
BBC Scotland like to pretend that they are in some sort of dispute with the Ibrox club but with Billy Dodds, Neil McCann, Steven Thompson and Kenny MacIntyre on board on a daily basis the gushing coverage and cover-ups are assured.
The exact mindset of the state broadcaster. https://t.co/H0Uuro3yZR

Given Rangers imperious form and misery defence, playing with 10 men for an hour may not have fazed them.
Roofe stayed on the park as Morelos did against Dundee United, Celtic and Hibs with the Ibrox club taking full points from all four matches.
Munro’s got this terribly wrong, to only produce a yellow card
Suspect Munro will be asked the question, has he seen this challenge in its entirety, would expect a notice of complaint issued here
2 games, 2 red card offences, both not sanctioned during the match

Big decision for BBC Scotland, do they include Roofe assault in their Sportscene highlights?https://t.co/xqtbFpXfBJ
