With the near hysteria over a five match winning run coming to a brutal halt at Dingwall on Sunday, Celtic’s Social Media team has decided to change the message.

Focus is the new phrase today to cover up for a season that has been an unmitigated disaster on and off the pitch despite the claims of the manager.

Whatever sugar-coating the club wishes to apply the message from a majority of supporters is unchanged- they want change.

Peter Lawwell will retire at the end of the season, there is suggestions of a new set up with a Director of Football but until the departure of Neil Lennon is confirmed a sizeable chunk of supporters are hostile to anything coming out of the club.

When Season Tickets were bought they came with a promise of Added Value. That has still to be defined with the club out of three cup competitions before the end of November, suffering four consecutive home defeats for the first time since the fifties with the SPFL virtually out of reach on January 2.

Last week Ian Bankier decided to publish a message to supporters- with Lennon and the same old faces in place the club faces a very hard sell when it comes to renewing Season Tickets for next term.
