Chris Jullien seems keen to keep Celtic fans updated on his rehab after he returned to France to deal with his knee ligament injury.
Chasing a goal-line clearance against Dundee United at the end of December he collided with the goal-post sparking a very unfortunate chain of events.
On January 2 Neil Lennon announced that Jullien would be out of action for three to four months but surprisingly the defender was included in the Celtic squad that travelled to Dubai. A trip that was to have a dramatic impact on the season.
On return Jullien tested positive, 13 team-mates had to self-isolate with a shadow squad dropping six points over three matches when the ‘Dubai effect’ was expected to kick in.
Last week Lennon announced that the time frame on the injury had been switched to 6-9 months as it emerged that he had returned to France.
Whether the picture below is current or from Celtic’s pre-season trip to Paris isn’t clear but the former Toulouse defender’s fondness for Social Media suggests that more updates are likely.
