Neil Lennon was quick to close down on Sky Sports as they tried to stir up another Scott Brown controversy following the 4-0 win at Kilmarnock.
The Celtic skipper was in at the thick of the action, midway through the first half Aaron Tshibola opted to run towards Brown then spin away holding his face. Soon after the Kilmarnock midfielder was booked for a late lunge at the same opponent.
There were four goals for Sky Sports to discuss, the performance of Jonjoe Kenny in his debut and the promise of a new defensive partnership between Stephen Welsh and Kris Ajer to discuss but for Sky Sports Brown was a more important issue.

Neil Lennon: I didn’t think that there was anything in it. You know maybe two weeks ago at Livingston, maybe it was a little bit more, or looked a bit more deliberate but I don’t think that there was anything in that tonight at all.
Brown was suspended for two matches following his red card against Livingston but returned to start his first match in more than a month against Killie.
Last night’s opening goal was his first goal of the season.
