Greg Taylor is out of the Celtic squad for tomorrow’s match away to Dundee United.

The defender suffered a muscle related injury in his lowe legs early on against Ross County with the injury proving difficult to diagnose.

Diego Laxalt replaced Taylor nine minutes into the defeat in Dingwall and continued in the side at home to Aberdeen last week.

Taylor has been the regular left-back since the turn of the year but his absence means that the more attack minded Uruguayan is the only option at left-back.

Celtic have already beaten United twice this season but it look a late winner from substitute Albian Ajeti back in August to secure full points.

United have had a steady season back in the top flight but their hopes of a top six spot suffered a blow last Saturday when they drew 1-1 at Kilmarnock while St Mirren beat Ross County to open up a four point gap between sixth and seventh place.
